Tamdeen Square Residential Towers – Sabah Al Salem

The project consists of three high-rise buildings, with a magnificent view of the beach over the motorway. Three towers (Tower-A, B and C) will provide residential apartments which suites for a luxury life style. Each tower consists of 90 apartments available on a three-per floor-basis. Each apartment has two dedicated elevators, massing six passenger elevators for one building. There will be a dedicated passenger elevator for the pent-house too, located in 36th to 37th floors. Moreover, there will be a service elevator and two car elevators also serving the needs of each tower. In addition, each tower is equipped with facilities such as swimming pool, gym, multipurpose areas, parking etc.
