The project comprises of a new Industrial Zone in Al Shadadiya of surface area 4,836,709 m2 with all infrastructure facilities including Roads and Parking, Fresh Water and Drainage Systems including Treatment Plants, Electrical Systems including Main, Sub-Main and local area Substations, Ring Mains and Street Lighting, all with landscaped and irrigated external area.
