Description
The project consists of 108 furnished hotel apartments. The tower consists of a coffee shop and reception on the ground floor; car park on the first and second mezzanines; 6 apartments on each floor from the first to the 18th floor. A helipad will be constructed on the roof. The total capacity for parking is 42 cars. The plot area is 1,117 m2 with a total built up area of 14,000 m2.
